Exchanges and returns

If you are not satisfied with our products, you can register your order for return without any hassle within 14 days. After that, you have another 14 days to return the package.

Do you want to exchange or return an order? Contact us (contact@inkdays.nl) and receive the necessary information and the return form by email. Always include the return form when returning.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to try the product, we can charge you for this reduction in value of the product. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged when returning it.

A return shipment must be provided with Track & Trace code. The sender is always responsible for shipping.

Once we have received your returned items, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 14 days.
