The products you ordered on our website are shipped directly from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Orders are processed within a few hours at PostNL to guarantee a fast delivery time of two working days (note: outside the Netherlands we cannot guarantee a fast delivery of two working days).
Cancellations can be made within 5 hours of your order. Once we have fulfilled and shipped your order, you can no longer cancel an order.
If you have made a mistake in your address, please email us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee the change in address if the order has already been completed and processed for shipping. We are not responsible for address changes after 5 hours.

Can my shipping address be changed?
If your order has already been processed or shipped, we are unfortunately unable to change the address. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that they enter the correct shipping address. Please make sure to double check the shipping address you have entered. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address entered by the buyer.
The only thing we can do after your order has been shipped is to wait to see if the package is returned to us. After we have received the package, we can then send the package to the correct address. The additional costs that occur in this case are for the account of the buyer.
Postage costs
Shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility, unless certain conditions are met that make shipping free. Shipping costs and conditions vary by country.
